Chocolate Molten Lava Cake

Is there anything better than molten chocolate lava cake? It has the reputation of being basic, but if basic tastes like rich chocolate cake with a liquid, melty center, well, call me basic! Yeah, it’s a little over played, but I love desserts that combine hot and cold and a warm from the oven lava cake with creamy cold ice cream is my idea of awesome.

The Molten Lava Cake is considered as the pinnacle of fine dining desserts, a dish so complex that even the maestro’s of cooking feel clamored by putting it on their menu’s. It is one of the most popular desserts of all times and yet there are a very few places in town which are known to make the best dessert of choice.

Chaaye Khana is known for its extensive menu with great-looking dishes that taste even better. But when it comes to desserts, Chaaye Khana probably serves the best molten lava cake in town. It soft and moist and oozes oodles of warm chocolate. To add a bit of extra crunch you can bite on the cup made by tempered chocolate. The Molten Lava Cake was served in a creamy oval plate, with vanilla ice-cream on the side. The ice-cream melted before it could have been served to us but the cake was perfectly sweet and the center of the cake was full of molten chocolate. 

It is served with best presentation and in very reasonable price of 350. It is highly recommended to all the chocolate lovers in the town.
