CHILLMIN BIRYANI

Biryani isn't simply nourishment yet it is synonymous with life in our piece of the world, and whenever we think about biryani only one name clicks in our mind and that's Hot and Chili. When this delicious biryani came in front of us we felt astonished by seeing its presentation. 
The thing that make them different is that they cook this yummylicious biryani in a special handi and present it in the same handi covered with a silver foil. That silver foil was covering the zestful and aromatic biryani and by removing that silver foil an aroma spread that makes everyone more hungry and no body can resist themselves from eating it.
 The rice were long grained, separate from each other, aromatic and visibly cooked with great finesse. The chicken pieces were boneless, tender and ample. By taking the first bite one can easily feel that all the ingredients are well defined and are in perfect quantity. 
 Neither the rice were dry nor the masala was gravy. We loved every bite of it ,it was with perfect spices and was cooked really well .They  present their mouth-watering  biryani with miraculous Chutney. This chutney was customary yogurt based and  it was made up with 72 different ingredients that make this chutney more delectable, and this delectable chutney enhances the taste of biryani that forces everyone to visit Hot and Chilli again and again .
I think everyone should go there for once at least .Its very reasonable and the quantity served is also enough for 3-4 people . Highly recommended to all desi food lovers out there.
